Suzhou MICE Training Session
The operation department of SuzhouMICE, a newly founded division with active and experienced members, successfully held a regular meeting on sharing hands-on experience on April 3rd pm.
Wei Wei, the Deputy General Manager of the operation department, hosted the meeting and firstly shared his opinions on importance of project implementation. Briefly, he summed up three requirements, control capability, resource optimization and teamwork.
Lu Chuanjun, the senior PM, highlighted certain details of project implementation which were generally based on his real practical experience. Senior PM Zhang Xinan and Zhu Junjie added more useful information on how to carry out a zero-error project.Gu Mingsiyi, the senior PM, particularly focused on personal improvement and enterprise upgrade. She recommended that members of operation division should apply for the technical titles and learn specialized English skills for international projects.Quan Jiaojiao, the newcomer senior PM, put forward fresh ideas and visions about her work plan.As the supervisor of the operation department, Wang Xiaoyu，Excutive Vice CEO of SuzhouMICE said that in the era of artificial intelligence, the exhibition industry personnel need to pay attention to the summary and accumulation of project implementation experience, and fully play the irreplaceable role in the following work.
